Physical Wellbeing

Unfortunately, a clean bill of health does not materialize by itself and our choices and actions impact our overall health. Daily exercise, healthy meal choices and regular medical checkups are vital for keeping and maintaining our physical wellbeing.


As we juggle our busy schedules, self-care tends to take a back seat and yet, exercise and relaxation are much needed to deal with daily responsibilities and work stresses.


Carving out a little time every day for self-care can make a huge impact on your sense of wellbeing. This could include:


  • time to be active (15-30 mins daily to increase heart rate )

  • join group activity (gym, online or engage family members)

  • time out for yourself (read, do yoga, meditate or just chill)

  • plan, prepare and eat healthily
